Man Charged with Aggravated Assault

A Hamilton man was charged with aggravated assault after striking a woman with a claw hammer. The woman went to the man’s hotel room working for an escort service. The two were discussing the financial transaction when the man struck the woman.

Police were called when the woman screamed, and the man jumped out of his second story window. The man was jailed with $50,000 bail. The woman suffered severe head injuries and broken bones in her jaw.

OJ Simpson Found Guilty

Exactly 13 years to the day of being acquitted for double homicide, OJ Simpson was found guilty of armed robbery. Now, depending on the sentence, Simpson may be facing life in prison.

OJ Simpson was charged with conspiracy to commit a crime, robbery, assault and kidnapping with a deadly weapon. According to the prosecutors on the case, Simpson and his accomplices stormed a Las Vegas sports memorabilia shop in order to steal many pieces signed by Simpson.

Two Ohio Youths Arrested on Gun Charges

Two young men were arrested in Ohio this past Thursday night on felony charges for carrying a concealed weapon.

Police were called to a house after neighbors reported hearing shots fired from within. When police arrived, they found 19-year-old Demarco R. Richardson and 25-year-old Terrence D. Richardson inside with two loaded guns. There were no shooting victims found inside the house.

Terrence Richardson is currently on parole for a January sexual assault conviction. Both men remain in jail this morning.

Jail records report that Terrence Richardson was held in lieu of a $50,000 bond while Demarco Richardson was held in lieu of a $25,000 bond. It is unclear at this time if the two men are related.
