An on duty police officer from Stillwater, Minnesota is facing criminal charges. The officer allegedly made unwanted sexual advances on a female motel employee while he was on duty.
According to the woman, the officer made several sexual advances on her while he was on duty. He then left, and returned after his shift was over and made more sexual advances before finally leaving.
The officer will be prosecuted in a neighboring county in order to avoid any appearance of conflict of interest.
Criminal charges can be terrible, and can happen to anyone. If you or someone you know is facing criminal charges, contact the Rhode Island criminal defense attorney, James Powderly at 401.662.9006.
