A Louisiana man, David Jones, was recently charged with five counts of manslaughter after he caused a wreck that killed a family, including two parents, a child, and two foster children.   Jones remained hospitalized from the injuries sustained in the car wreck.  The bond was set at $100,000 for each count of manslaughter.  Jones ran a red light and struck the minivan of a family leaving a Sunday morning church function.
